Refund Policy

• Contact Information Purchases (Students): Refunds for contact information purchases ($15 per tutor) are not available under any circumstances.
• Subscription Purchases (Tutors): Refunds for subscription plans (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) are not available. Once purchased, the subscription remains active until the expiry date, and users can fully utilize the package during this period.

Subscription Renewal

Subscription packages are not auto-renewed. Users will need to purchase a new subscription after the current package expires if they wish to continue using the services.
